We will email PLM EPA 600/R-93/116<1% OH&S certified lab report.
Attached to report will be a request for immediate payment which is due upon review of report.
Payment can be sent via Interac E-Transfer or using Debit Visa, Credit Card via Stripe Link.
A paid receipt will be sent after full payment is received.
Safety extract materials as described below in Common Suspect Materials & Required Testing Volumes.
Carefully number & place each sample in appropriate ziplock bag then place into larger ziplock to ensure materials are double bagged. Include project address with sample package. Do not use zip ties or knots as testing is at lab technicians discretion.
Send us a an email as sample submission to coc@simplyasbestos.com, include name of contact, testing address, preferred lab location and detailed description of each sample collected.
We will punctually send you the 24/7 lab drop box location so you can then proceed to drop off location. Once testing is complete we will email you the lab report, along with request for immediate payment.
Due to time constraints of our customer service team, please do not phone or email asking for address of 24/7 drop off location. This information will be supplied once sample information has been emailed. Any such messages may not be responded to as it limits our ability to deal with essential customer service requests.
Common Suspect Materials & Required Testing Volumes
Group A – About 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of material required for proper testing.
- Popcorn ceiling (take sample from area as shown in yellow box in photograph displayed)
- Drywall compound (DWC) (taken from inside or outside L corners of wall to ensure mudding material included, as indicated in photo.
- Parging and other troweled textures
- Interior/exterior stucco
Group B – At least 3 square cm of material required for proper testing.
- Ceramic floor tile.
- Interior tile
- Exterior tile
- Ceiling Tile
- Linoleum
- Vinyl sheeting
Group C – At least 1 cup of material required for proper testing.
- Insulation
- Vermiculite
- Other granular materials
Take precautions whenever disturbing any suspect building materials.
All samples to be double bagged and properly labelled with sample number.
No zip ties or knots as testing at lab technicians discretion.
